The National Center for Documentation and Research concluded the course: Journey to Excellence
The National Center for Documentation and Research (NCDR) concluded an internal course titled "Journey to Excellence" (J2E), aiming to maximize performance quality standards, and to achieve excellence in provision of output efficiently and effectively to meet stakeholders\\\' needs and expectations, and to ensure continuous improvement of performance. NCDR\\\'s approach to this course comes in line with government directives to all sectors to achieve excellence; being a national and ethical duty.
In this regard, Mr. Majed Al Muhairi, NCDR Executive Director, says that the Center \\\"always seeks to adopt the culture of excellence among its staff, with all of its values, objectives, and systems\\\".
