TASK key strategy is to understand the client’s objectives, expectations and needs, and then determine specific levels targeted and KPIs.
We assist our clients to find the skills gaps and specify the targeted levels of competence appropriate for employees that will enable us to set out a clear path on how to achieve the training strategic objectives.
Based on the set objectives, we create viable solutions and discuss the challenges facing the organization’s training requirements, budget, and defined skills gaps. We then provide recommendations on training solutions possible in order to meet the objectives and observe the timelines.

Pre-Training
• Undertake all logistic preparations to the highest service standards and hire the best training venues equipped with the latest technologies suited to the nature of each program.
• Identify participants’ training needs based on pre-training assessments conducted by training experts.
• Prepare academic materials that serve training objectives and methodological standards.
During Training
• Promote a distinct environment appropriate to the nature and subject matter of the training program.
• Conduct close follow-up with each trainee to ensure knowledge acquisition, achievement of daily learning objectives, and realization of the intended training outcomes.
Post-Training
• Prepare participation and evaluation reports for trainees.
• Utilize feedback from clients and strategic partners to support continuous improvement and sustainable development.
• Conduct field visits to measure actual training progress, monitor impact, and support its ongoing enhancement.
