The Mediation and Arbitration Center (MAAC)
The Mediation and Arbitration Center (MAAC) of Consultancy Masters International (CMI) is dedicated to promoting and enhancing awareness of effective mechanisms for resolving commercial and civil disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The Center advocates the use of ADR as a practical and efficient means to reduce the burden on judicial systems by minimizing the number of cases brought before the courts.

MAAC achieves this objective by directing disputes toward arbitration or amicable settlement mechanisms, including conciliation and mediation procedures, in accordance with internationally recognized best practices. This mission is supported through the establishment of strategic partnerships, the exchange of professional expertise, and the engagement of highly qualified and experienced experts and consultants from leading independent international institutions specializing in arbitration and mediation.

Mediation and Arbitration (MAAC) Services
The Mediation and Arbitration Center is one of the most important divisions of CMI that provides alternative dispute resolution solutions such as negotiation, mediation and arbitration. Its services include:
  1. Providing consultancy services for the drafting of contracts and agreements and the drafting of the dispute resolution clause.
  2. Providing consultancy on the most appropriate dispute resolution alternatives following the the emergence of a dispute.
  3. Designing and delivering training programs in mediation and arbitration, in collaboration with partners.
  4. Providing consultancy and services for building and developing the institutional capacities for disputes resolution and arbitration institutions and centers
